Show emails
When you sign up for show emails, we keep your email address, the province or shows you chose, and the date you agreed. We only email you about card shows. Every email has an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing takes effect right away.
Organizers
When you send in a show, the show details become public once approved. Your own name and email in the private fields are only used to contact you about that show. If you tick “Looking for vendors”, we may pass your show, table price and email to vendors on our list so they can book a table.
Vendors
If you sign up as a vendor, your details stay private and are never shown on the site. When you sign up you agree that we can email you about shows looking for vendors and introduce you to organizers; we only pass your contact details to an organizer as part of an introduction.
Advertisers
Ad requests are used only to reply to you about advertising.
Visit stats
We count visits to see which shows people are interested in: pages viewed, buttons tapped (like tickets or directions), searches, the site you came from, your device type, and your rough area (province and city, worked out from your connection; we don't keep your IP address). Your browser keeps a random ID so a return visit counts as the same visitor. These stats are not tied to your name. If you sign up for emails, we can see which shows you follow and what you told us you collect.
What we never do
We never sell or rent your information. We don't use tracking pixels from ad networks or outside analytics companies.
